The Headdress Workshop: Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need artistic talent?
Our Artist/Instructors are skilled at guiding beginner- to advanced-level students. You do need to be able to use a glue gun.
Do I need to bring any supplies?
We supply wide range of materials but, if you want a specific color, type of flower or object (hummingbird), we suggest you bring it just in case we don't have it. Also feel free to bring in broken pieces of jewelry or earrings missing their mates to add to your headdress.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations require written notification via email.
Cancellations 72 hours prior to the workshops will receive a refund minus credit card fees.
Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit (must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance).
Cancellations of less than 24 hours of the workshop or "no shows" will not be refunded.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals of up to 15 minutes will be permitted to attend; however the instructor will not be able to provide personalized instructions for the purpose of "catching up."
What are the age limits?
Minimum age is 8 years and the child must be able to safely use a glue gun without assistance. No children are allowed are not participating in the workshop. But if you have an infant that will be in a stroller during the class, that is okay.
Is parking available?
There is plenty of FREE street parking. Please do not block any driveway to our building or park in the Buttercup restaurant’s parking lot.
Is the building accessible to individuals with physical limitations?
Yes, our building is wheelchair accessible. However,  our restroom is not. Fortunately the restaurant across the street from us will allow you to use their restrooms.
