We are not sure what year this Decter was produced, but we do know that she is vintage (pre-2000) 

As you can see she is missing a hand. And for some reason the hole where her bum rod would be inserted has been closed shut. There isn’t a hole in her foot or calf to insert a rod to attach to a base. 

Surprisingly all of her toes are intact, which is rare of this style mannequin at this age.

I will include a wig.
