This square metal base comes with both  a calf rod and a foot rod. See diagram below for more detailed dimensions of the stand to help you determine whether or not it will fit your mannequin. 

Measurements:

13.75" x 13.75" Base, 0.5" D Rod

~15” vertical height but the calf rod can slide up along the sole rod and be taller. (see photo below.)
