2. Join the Facebook group: Dress Form Holiday Trees and post your design using the hashtag: #MannequinMadnessHolidayContest

3. Email your submission and name and phone number to contest@mannequinmadness.com by December 23, 2022 (Extended from December 18, 2022)

You must complete all three of these steps in order to be eligible to win.

-- PRIZES: -- First prize: $300 Amazon gift card and $50 gift certificate to Papermart.

-- Second prize: $275 Amazon gift card.

-- Third prize: $250 Amazon gift card.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

--ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States and have a valid email address and Facebook account. Limit only one entry per person.

--TIMING: The contest begins at 8am PST on Monday, November 28, 2022 and ends at
11:00pm PST on December 23, 2022 (Extended from December 18, 2022). Mannequin Madness assumes no responsibility for late, lost illegible or incomplete entries.

--WINNERS AND NOTIFICATIONS: First prize and second prize winners will be selected by the design team at Mannequin Madness. Judging will be based on creativity and originality.

The third prize winner will be a Fan Favorite determined by the members of the Facebook group Dress Form Christmas Trees & Holiday Trees.

All winners will be notified by email by December 24, 2022 and posted on the Mannequin Madness Facebook page.

--RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and/or accepting a prize a participant consents to and gives Mannequin Madness the right to use, publish and display the winners first name and photo of the Dress Form Holiday Tree they designed for advertising and promotional materials without review, notification, approval or compensation.

--REQUIREMENTS: The entry must be your own original design. The design can be on a cloth dress form, wire dress form on a mannequin.

The theme can represent whatever holiday you celebrate during this season e.g. Christmas, Hanakkah, Kwanzaa, etc.
