From Oakland/San Francisco/ Sacramento

1. Take 880 South to 16th Ave (just a few exits past Jackson St)
2. Exit at 16th Ave and make an immediate left, which will be Embarcadero
3. Follow Embarcadero – it snakes around a bit – on the right side you will pass two hotels, boat docks, Starbucks and an Enterprise rental car facility
4. The first stop sign you see is Dennison
5. Turn left on Dennison
6. Turn left on Cotton (the street in front of the Buttercup restaurant)

From San Leandro/South Bay/San Jose

1. Take 880 north and exit at 5th Ave/Embarcadero
2. Turn left on Embarcadero
3. Follow Embarcadero – it snakes around a bit – on the right side you will pass two hotels, boat docks, Starbucks and an Enterprise Rental Car facility.
4. Turn left on Dennison 
5. Turn left on Cotton (the street in front of the Buttercup restaurant).
