Used Adel Rootstein Female Mannequin Sayoko (Y6)

This mannequin  is modeled after Sayoko Yamaguchi, the pioneering Japanese supermodel who broke into the international fashion scene in the early 1970. She became a muse to designers including Issey Miyake and Kenzo Takada.

The sculpt captures her striking, angular features and confident stance, standing with one hand at the hip in a poised, editorial silhouette.

Condition 

Small paint chips are visible on the leg and near the shoulder A small hole is present at the back of the head, consistent with original wig-attachment hardware on this series — not a defect.

No bum rod, calf rod, or base is included. We have a wig for her but it is NOT a Rootstein hard cap wig

Her makeup appears to have been professionally refreshed from the original Rootstein factory finish. The quality is consistent with the type of restoration work performed by respected mannequin restoration specialists such as Frank Glover Productions and Modern Mannequin.
