We rarely receive USED child size dress forms, especially ones like this which have partial pant legs and are on a rolling stand.

Unfortunately these forms in sitting in a dusty warehouse for over a year. So while structurally they are in pristine condition, the outside fabric is stained and dirty.

That is why we are selling them at such a low price. And we are only selling them to customers who can come to our warehouse and inspect the condition. Some are in better condition than others, the photo here is one of the worst.
